  1. Staff, customer, and driver initiated returns
    • Return requests can be submitted by staff in the Returns Dashboard, by customers in the Customer Portal, or by drivers in the EXTRA driver mobile application.
  2. Customer portal initiated returns
    • Customers are setup with their very own Customer Portal to submit returns requests, view return statuses, and review past returns.
  3. Driver-initiated returns
    • Drivers can submit returns right at the customer’s location from the EXTRA Driver mobile application.
  4. Return merchant authorization (RMA) workflow
    • Return requests are pre-approved over the phone before being entered into the Returns Dashboard for tracking and management.
  5. Returns Automation standalone
    • Returns Automation is implemented—standalone from Routing & Dispatch—and customers enter return requests in the Customer Portal which are managed in the Returns Dashboard.

Each of these use cases show how the Returns Automation solution can be configured to fit the needs of any logistics operation—rather than operations needing to change to fit the solution. No matter how you do returns, Returns Automation can help it easier.
