How it Works:
A new option for the Return Dashboard, found under the Orders section, displays line items for pending and completed pickups in addition to line items for returns that are entered through the EXTRA Driver application. Contact the Customer Experience Center if you are interested in seeing this additional information.
This new Return Dashboard feature now enables users to track incoming pickup materials in addition to returns. Clicking on the pickup item displays the line items and other editable fields.
