How it Works:
The order history icon in the order grid will now track additional actions taken by drivers through the EXTRA Driver app. These actions include the editing of order details, such as the invoice number, and the creation of orders within the app.
Benefits:
The enhanced tracking provides users with additional information regarding order edits and creation through the EXTRA Driver app. This information was not previously available, so we hope it will allow our users to more quickly find the information they need when troubleshooting or answering questions about their daily operations.
