How it Works:
Users can now quickly see which staff user manually created an order by enabling the column “Created By” on the Order Grid. “Created By” is also a new search parameter that can be used to filter the Order Grid. “Created by” information is only provided for orders that are manually entered by a staff user, so orders that are created through integration or by the site admin are not searchable.
To enable this new column, click the cogwheel (settings) icon in the Order Grid toolbar, expand “Column Settings” and click “Created By”, then choose Save.
To search by this new parameter, click the magnifying glass (search) icon, choose a staff user from the “Created By” dropdown list, and click Search.
Benefits:
This provides users an additional way of quickly identifying who manually created a delivery, pickup, or service order in the order grid. It is configurable, so users can control whether or not to display this new column based on their needs.
