How it Works:
Users can now select from a list of delivery handling options when dispatching orders to both Lyft and Uber. These options will instruct the Delivery Network drivers to take photos, collect signatures, and/or check IDs. The photos and signatures will now appear in the Elite EXTRA order grid to the left of the delivered orders when these options are selected. (Please note that the signatures may appear in the notes section of the photos).
Benefits:
This provides our Delivery Network users with additional proof of delivery for their orders. The delivery photos can also be emailed to customers by clicking on the photo icon and clicking the “email” option.
