Simply select an order or route in Elite EXTRA and view all of the delivery options available to you. You’ll be able to compare the different prices and delivery times that come with these options in real-time so you can make the best decision for each delivery. After selecting the delivery option that works best, dispatch the order or route, and get updated notifications about that delivery driver as they do the pick-up and then complete the delivery.

Yes, before the driver has picked up your order for delivery you can cancel the External Delivery Services request in the dispatch screen. Cancellation fees may apply.

Yes, there is an External Delivery Services Report that provides the type of service used, delivery information, and associated cost.

How does billing work?
All charges related to External Delivery Services will be added to your monthly invoice. You will only be charged if you use the service.
